We are seeking a Transportation Design Engineer – Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex roadway and highway projects in New Hampshire. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated leader to manage projects from concept through construction while helping shape safer, more efficient transportation systems across the region.
In this role, you’ll serve as both a technical expert and project leader, guiding multidisciplinary teams, partnering with clients, and mentoring emerging talent—all while delivering high-quality transportation solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and project updates
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support repeat business and partnerships
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
10+ years of experience in transportation engineering
Roadway/highway design experience required
Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects from concept through construction
Experience working with DOT agencies (Connecticut DOT experience strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of transportation design standards, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
