The Regional Distribution Center (DC) Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for delivering best-in-class site performance. This role oversees end-to-end distribution center operations, ensuring safety, service, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
The position drives a high-performance culture by aligning people, processes, and technology to meet business objectives, enhance customer experience, and optimize cost. It plays a critical role in enabling scalable operations and supporting growth.
This role reports to the DC Operations Director and is based on-site at the Groveport, OH facility, supporting a multi-shift operation, with regular presence on the warehouse floor and occasional weekend support as needed.

Working Condition
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a distribution facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You will be required to be present on the warehouse floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Groveport, OH location (Monday – Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager. The DC operates three shifts: 1st shift (Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.), 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.) and weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
When needed, perform activities within expectation of the Distribution Center (i.e: receiving, shipping, inventory control etc.)
