Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendar scheduling for the Global Head of Culture, Development, Inclusion & Leadership and senior leadership team
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including location, materials, and attendance tracking
- Serve as a key point of contact by answering calls, relaying messages, and ensuring appropriate coverage
- Arrange domestic and international travel and support department visitors
- Prepare materials such as presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting minutes
- Manage office supply inventory and monitor departmental expenditures
- Follow established processes while exercising judgment to resolve issues and support team efficiency
- Provide guidance to less experienced administrative staff as needed
- Support team events, special projects, and other initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years administrative or related experience, preferably in a medium to large size department in a corporate setting.
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Associate's degree or related degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
