The Manager, Recruiting Hourly Field will play a key role in enhancing and managing our Centralized Hourly Recruiting function. This leader will oversee a team of 10–12 recruiters responsible for high-volume hiring across distribution centers in multiple locations.
Partnering closely with Supply Chain and Regional HR Leaders, the manager will design and execute recruitment strategies that meet both current and future workforce needs.
This role will inspire and coach best-in-class sourcing practices, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and implement dynamic recruiting strategies across geographies. As a change agent, the manager will drive continuous improvements, optimize recruitment workflows, and ensure accountability through data-driven performance management in partnership with the Talent Acquisition leadership team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute innovative, multi-faceted recruitment strategies to attract top hourly talent. Partner with key stakeholders to develop collaborative, win-win solutions that align talent acquisition efforts with broader business goals.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, ensuring best-in-class sourcing, selection, and candidate hiring experience. Continuously assess recruiter bandwidth and workload to ensure optimal coverage and performance. Proactively allocate resources based on current and projected hiring demands.
Maximize the use of recruiting tools and channels, including direct sourcing, social networking, resume databases, employee referral campaigns, and partnerships with trade/industry organizations.
Monitor and analyze recruiting performance data, using insights to inform vendor selection, drive efficiency, and ensure hiring goals are met.
Ensure compliance with government agencies and all applicable hiring practices.
Partner with hiring managers to provide timely updates, facilitate kick-off meetings, and maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance speed-to-hire, and improve quality of hire.

SUPERVISION:
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: VPOs, Area Directors of HR, Region HR Business Leaders, Directors of Warehouse and Transportation, Region VPOs, Cross Functional TA Leaders. Frequency is weekly to multiple times a week.
External: Media Vendors – 1x/week. Accenture – 2 to 3x/week
WORK ENVIRONMENT
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5 years of Human Resources experience, including 3 years of recruitment experience
1 year of leadership and/or people management experience
Ability to travel up to 15%
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Proven ability to drive strategic recruiting initiatives and advise business leaders on talent decisions
Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities effectively
High energy, self-directed, and results-driven with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
EDUCATION
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of recruitment experience
2+ years of leadership and/or people management experience
High-volume hourly recruiting experience
Background in operational excellence
Experience leading recruiting teams
Experience with large scale recruiting project management
Experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between
$85,000 - $145,000
