Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience

Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or Scrum), or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills

Demonstrated success delivering complex projects on time and within scope

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse teams

Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Previous leadership or management experience

Strong knowledge of risk management, change management, and quality assurance practices
