MercyOne Northeast Iowa is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our established Family Medicine Clinic in Waterloo, Iowa. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages
Conduct patient assessments, perform examinations, and manage chronic and acute conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
Deliver patient education and preventive health guidance
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
Participate in quality improvement and clinic initiatives
Qualifications
ARNP or PA-C with current Iowa licensure (or ability to obtain)
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or relevant specialty
Previous primary care experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered mindset
