Position: OCS Specialist, Netherlands - Please submit CV in English
Location: Utrecht
Reports to: Vice President, DACH & Commercial Lead EU
The OCS Specialist for Netherlands will be responsible for the clinical aspects of the Organ Care System (OCS Lung/Liver/Heart) and for coordinating with the Transmedics team on education, customer relations, and other business needs. The OCS Specialist supports the use of the OCS in Netherlands and other countries/geographies as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:
REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold a degree in Techniques of Cardiocirculatory Pathophysiology and Vascular Perfusion (or equivalent) plus at least 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
Must hold a Certification from the European Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion and be registered with the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Perfusionisten
Must be fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English (B2 as a minimum)
Must reside close to the hub
Must be highly flexible and willing to support sites on nights, holidays and weekends, as needed
Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to establish and maintain long term trusted relationships (internally and externally)
Excellent customer facing and customer engagement skills
Strong work ethic and accountable for personal & organizational results
Proven track record of working calmly and professionally in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, Concur expense management
