Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for King County! We are looking for someone just as passionate as we are about providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home assessments to identify patient needs, goals, and barriers
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on safety, independence, and quality of life
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
