The Boeing Company is actively seeking a Project Management and Learning Development Specialist to serve as a key contributor within the Safety Management Systems (SMS) Promotion team, supporting the coordination and execution of safety initiatives that foster a Positive Safety Culture across the Enterprise. The selected candidate will be able to choose to work onsite in Everett, WA or Seattle, WA.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including, Experienced (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Project Management Specialist.
Primary responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
Level 4: 10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience creating workforce development and/or Learning and Development strategies and programs that deliver measurable results
Experience with Instructional Design methodologies
Experience in End-To-End Project/Program Management, Communication with senior leaders, and facilitation of workshops, etc
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Experience in data analysis, trending, and reporting
Experience using project management software or another portfolio management tool
