

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Acquisition Specialist to support government acquisition, procurement, project management, financial tracking, and mission support operations.
This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to one of the designated performance locations, including Washington, DC; Alexandria, VA; Ft. Worth, TX; Grand Prairie, TX; Denver, CO; Boulder, CO; Philadelphia, PA; or Chicago, IL.
The Senior Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Government’s mission by providing acquisition, procurement, budget, logistics, and program support across complex operational environments. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with procurement processes, the ability to interpret policies and regulations, and the capability to support multiple projects, reports, trackers, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
This position supports a Government mission environment responsible for acquisition-related planning, financial documentation, procurement coordination, asset and inventory support, reporting, and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. The Senior Acquisition Specialist contributes to effective program execution by supporting purchase documentation, vendor coordination, funding and invoice tracking, procurement-related reporting, and process improvement activities.
Review pre‑award contract files to validate sound acquisition planning, complete documentation, and compliant solicitation practices.
Assess solicitation documents to ensure evaluation factors align with instructions to offerors and promote fair competition.
Evaluate award documentation to confirm that source selection decisions are logical, well‑supported, and clearly documented.
Validate determinations of fair and reasonable pricing and the consistency of technical and past performance evaluations.
Review post‑award contract administration actions, including contract modifications, COR oversight, and performance documentation.
Assess invoice processing and payment procedures for accuracy and compliance with prompt payment requirements.
Provide findings and recommendations to Government personnel for final decision‑making, in accordance with non‑inherently governmental role limitations.
