Associate Urban Designer

Associate Urban Designer to support seniors and PMs in day-to-day technical and design exercise in a designated project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members in developing urban design concepts, masterplans, and detailed layouts.

• Contribute to the production of design drawings, diagrams, and presentation materials.

• Conduct site analysis, research, and benchmarking to inform design proposals.

• Assist in preparing reports, design briefs, and technical documents.

• Participate in design workshops, reviews, and meetings as needed.

• Manage time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree in Urban Design, Architecture

• Master degree in Urban Design, City Planning or Landscape is an advantage

• 0–5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong design and graphic communication skills.

• Overseas experience is added value

• Proficiency in:

  • AutoCAD

  • SketchUp

  • QGIS

  • Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus)

  • Lumion and/or Enscape

  • AI visualization
