Provides constant observation of patients in person who are in need of supervision because of possible danger to self and/or others; change in mental status (confusion) that may place the patient at risk for injury and/or interferes with the effectiveness of medical/surgical equipment.

Successfully completes class on role and responsibilities.
Command of verbal and written English
Must visibly demonstrate commitment to customer service by providing timely, positive responses to the needs of all customers including patients, families, co-workers and staff.
Educational Requirements:
Age Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
Ability to Meet Job Performance Expectations: Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Salary Range: $15.67-$23.50
