Starting Compensation:

105,000 - 115,000 USD Per Year

Working Location:

Victorville, CA

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM ( including on‑call consultation)

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team.

What you bring to SBHG:

• Master's degree in a related social science field such as family/child counseling, development, psychology, or social services are required.
• Must be a BBS-licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Four years of direct service experience with the mentally ill, children, adolescents, and/or adults is preferred.
• Two years of post-licensure experience with the ability to provide clinical supervision to registered interns/associates and/or practicum students is preferred. Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is also preferred.
