As a Proposition Products Lead, you will define the strategy for product reliability and performance, leading cross-functional programmes to drive alignment, governance, and prioritisation—delivering measurable customer impact.
This role sits within Connectivity (Consumer Group) but offers broad cross-functional exposure, collaborating regularly with teams across TV, Commercial, Product, Brand Marketing, Propositions, CSG, Reliability, Transformation, and Marketing.
What you’ll do
Strategy & Vision: Define & shape the strategic direction for reliability and performance, using customer, commercial, and performance insights to set the vision, priorities, and roadmap.
Change & Governance: Deliver the strategy through cross-functional programmes, leading change across matrixed organisations and ensuring plans stay on track.
Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong relationships across teams to gather insights, align priorities, coordinate delivery, and influence decision-making.
Monitor Performance: Define and track the right KPIs to measure product reliability and performance, analysing trends and translating insights into actionable improvements.
Engage Executives: Create high-quality, insight-driven materials for forums. Communicate progress, risks, and priorities with clarity and impact.
What you’ll bring
Essential criteria:
Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to balance competing priorities and deliver measurable commercial outcomes while enhancing customer experience. Demonstrated by defining and executing customer propositions and commercial strategies.
Change Management & Governance: Experience leading change & delivering initiatives across a matrixed organisation, driving adoption and maintaining momentum. Ensures delivery stays on track through strong governance, effective risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Analytical Excellence: Ability to interpret data sets, identifying trends, and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
Communication: Strong communication skills, with experience influencing Director-level stakeholders and fostering cross-functional collaboration to secure buy-in. Skilled at translating complex updates into clear, high-impact materials for senior audiences.
Desirable skills and experience:
Product leadership: demonstrable experience partnering with Product to translate customer pain points into clear, prioritised roadmaps with defined customer outcomes.
Commercial acumen: ability to quantify customer & business impact, to drive prioritisation.

How you’ll work
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
Your office base
Osterley
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
