Detailed Responsibilities:
Holding pre-shift meetings to set the tone for daily operations while sharing crucial park operations information
Support team member orientation and training to ensure all department staff are fully onboarded in a positive manner
Overseeing service standards during park operating hours to ensure a high level of the guest experience
Ensuring accurate daily, weekly and end of month inventory completion
Fully engaged in managing park operations to obtain budgeted / financial targets
Managing product transfers and requisition sheets to accurately track products during events
Managing and resolving guest complaints
Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching
Managing team member incidents / accidents and following all required reporting procedures
Completing daily operations readiness reports
Completing a monthly department safety inspection
Monthly safety training conducted for team members
Managing team member scheduling in line with attendance forecasts
Verifying payroll daily
Manage menu processes
Support and manage operations to ensure proper staffing levels are met
Completing operational walks of the park
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Opening / Closing inspections of park operations
Supporting other departments as demanded by the business
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position. Multi-unit operational experience preferred
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Hospitality or Business Management degree preferred
High level of computer literacy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and ability to quickly learn inventory management/ POS programs
Passion for hospitality & operational excellence
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A role model for safety, guest service, attendance, cleanliness and grooming standards
A valid Driver’s License and ability to meet company driving guidelines preferred
SERV Safe Management & TABC certified or obtain full certification, within 30 days of job offer
Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis.
Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout work shift
Frequent bending from waist to floor, kneeling, squatting, simple hand grasping work and fine hand manipulation (computer work/typing, writing).
Occasional overhead reaching and climbing stairs and ladders
Work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to a variety of weather conditions
Able to work a flexible schedule (Includes: Weekends, holidays, catering events and evening hours)
