The Secretary is a detail-oriented individual who embodies team accountability; while assisting the coordination of assigned tasks and projects. Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Five (5) years of Administrative, Secretarial, or Clerical experience
Knowledge of Windows Based Software (with Emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Superior Writing Skills
Self-Directed, Detail-Oriented, and Devoted to Accuracy
Exceptional Interpersonal Communication Skills
Excel database management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Five (5) years of Administrative, Secretarial, or Clerical experience in a healthcare setting
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate meeting schedules
Attend meetings as requested; prepare materials, set-up, and closure
Take, transcribe, file and distribute minutes in a timely manner
Maintain up-to-date standards and knowledge of administrative procedures and healthcare issues through review of accurate publications, workshops/seminars
Assist in day to day activities of Finance to ensure efficient workflow and operations
Communicate effectively with Executive Assistants, Senior Leadership and other administrative staff to assist in daily operations
Stock Supplies
Maintain Petty Cash Drawer, distribute, replenish and reconcile monthly
