The Credits and Incentives Consultant (“Consultant”) supports the Firm’s service delivery philosophy and works with a team to identify credits and incentives savings opportunities for clients and to gain an understanding of the client’s needs from a credits and incentives perspective. The Consultant is responsible for creating positive team member experiences through research and the preparation of forms, applications, reports, and client deliverables which lead to excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for the Firm.
The ideal candidate will have analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong people skills and an understanding of research and negotiation tactics. The successful candidate will be effective in researching issues, completing detailed calculations, and preparing a variety of internal and client delivery items.
