About the Role
The Department of Medicine at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center invites applications for a faculty position in Lymphoma Medical Oncology. This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate, academically driven physician seeking to practice at the forefront of hematologic malignancy care within a nationally recognized, multidisciplinary cancer center environment.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team dedicated to advancing innovative therapies and improving outcomes for patients with lymphoma and related hematologic malignancies. Physicians in this role will have the opportunity to contribute to clinical research, academic education, and the development of novel treatment strategies while delivering exceptional patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

What You’ll Do
• Develop individualized patient treatment plans consistent with institutional protocols and evidence-based oncology practices
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with lymphoma and related hematologic malignancies across the continuum of treatment
• Coordinate diagnostic testing, treatment planning, disease monitoring, and modifications to care plans as clinically indicated
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, disease progression, and supportive care needs
• Participate in the advancement of innovative therapeutic approaches for hematologic malignancies and investigational treatment strategies
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across hematologic oncology, bone marrow transplantation, infectious diseases, pulmonary medicine, pathology, radiation oncology, and supportive care services
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical outcomes development, and patient-centered care strategies
• Participate in resident, fellow, medical student, and trainee education through lectures, mentorship, and clinical teaching

The Hematologic Oncology and Lymphoma programs at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center are nationally recognized for advancing innovative therapies, translational research, and multidisciplinary cancer care. Faculty work closely with experts in bone marrow transplantation, immunotherapy, cellular therapy, infectious diseases, pathology, and investigational therapeutics to deliver comprehensive and cutting-edge care to patients with hematologic malignancies.

What You’ll Bring
• MD, DO, or equivalent degree with board eligibility or certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology
• Clinical expertise and strong interest in lymphoma and hematologic malignancy care
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered oncology care
• Interest in translational research, investigational therapeutics, and advancing innovative treatment strategies
• Experience or interest in multidisciplinary collaboration across oncology, transplantation, infectious diseases, and supportive care
• A passion for academic medicine, mentorship, and educating medical students, residents, and fellows
• Executive presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, trainees, and colleagues
• Commitment to continuous professional development, scholarly engagement, and clinical excellence
