

What You Can Expect:
•Implement and maintain standardized HR operational processes across APAC, ensuring transparency in onboarding, payroll, and offboarding workflows
•Monitor APAC HR processes by country level, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
•Standardize onboarding, payroll, and exit procedures across countries to ensure consistency and governance
•Support improvement of termination and final payment processes with accurate, compliant, and cost-effective solutions
•Prepare HR dashboards, analytics, and monthly reports to support regional decision-making
•Partner with Finance to deliver monthly HR and cost-controlling reports ensuring data accuracy and alignment
•Provide support for recruitment activities, including coordination and process optimization
•Promote employee referral programs and strengthen direct hiring channels
•Support implementation of HR programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development
•Handle employee relations matters in a timely and professional manner in line with company policies
•Drive adoption of HR systems across the region to improve operational efficiency
•Support HR system implementation and enhancements, including Workday roll-out and BIPO system integration
•Review HR operations processes regularly and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
•Propose and implement scalable, cost effective solutions to enhance HR service delivery
