

Summary Statement:
The Senior Manager, Catering and Conference Services oversees all planning and operational aspects of conference groups, acts as a liaison between clients and Resorts World Las Vegas, and coordinates group needs with various departments. Responsibilities include handling group business from sales contract to operations, monitoring room blocks, generating event orders, up-selling and coordinating catering menus, facilitating event details, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the sales and food and beverage teams to ensure a successful group experience.
