The Role
We're hiring a Senior Operations Lead (Tax & Compliance Focus) to own the functions that matter most to our club members after they've raised capital: K-1 season project management, financial distributions and reconciliation, entity compliance, and member-facing support.
This is a fully autonomous individual contributor role. You will not be handed a playbook, you'll write it. You'll manage the relationship with our third-party CPA firm, coordinate partnership tax returns across thousands of entities and investors (and growing every year), process and reconcile club distributions, and maintain multi-state entity compliance. You'll also own a shared Zendesk support queue, partnering daily with our Engineering team to resolve platform issues.

You're managing multi-state compliance, multi-party tax coordination, financial workflows that touch real investors' money, and a shared support queue, all simultaneously, all autonomously.
