Pay: $23-$27 per hour (based on experience) + Summer and Year-End Bonuses

Refined Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew maintaining some of Arizona's most distinctive residential estates.
This is not a typical mow-and-blow landscape position. Our clients expect exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication, and landscapes maintained to the highest standards. We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, develops their team, and consistently delivers outstanding results.
