What is this opportunity?
In this role, you will provide support to the North American Securities Lending Trading Desk by analyzing and instructing Equity and Fixed Income trade bookings as well as resolving escalated internal partner inquiries.
You will support the Business Unit in assuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness of Business Unit operations including mitigating risk, closing training/processing gaps, and supporting the implementation and enhancement of transaction booking.

Must-have:
Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Post-secondary degree, preferable in a business related field
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a time-sensitive environment
Working on Canadian statutory holidays is required. Time in lieu will be provided
Analytical thinking
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of Fixed Income settlements (DTCC in particular).
Experience with ADP/Broadridge related functions an asset.
Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
