

We are looking for a UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Analyst who will develop and execute user acceptance test plans to identify problems with end-to-end business outcomes within the software, configuration, etc. to ensure successful test results align with business expectations. In this role, the analyst must have excellent problem-solving skills, along with keen attention to detail and outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
We have one full-time position available and the opportunity to bring on part-time employees on a six-month contract basis.
Responsibilities of an UAT Analyst:
Developing, maintaining, and executing user test plans using automated and manual techniques.
Identifying and facilitating issue resolution with functional and technical groups.
*Analyzing business problems and assessing how automation can be implemented to solve them.
Continuous validation so that the testing environment is updated to meet required data needs.
Documenting test results, tracking progress and defect resolution and working within required timelines to complete testing cycles.
Supports testing for all projects and required changes impacting systems.
Analyzing requirements to determine testing scope.
Collaboration with Business Analysts and development teams to resolve problems and recommend solutions when needed.
Requirements of an UAT Analyst:
*Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare (Health Insurance/Payer) industry. Knowledge in the Enrollment and Billing areas preferred.
Candidate must have experience writing SQL queries as well as functional and regression testing experience.
Ability to use testing software is a plus: Silk test, Jira, etc.
Knowledge of EDI transactions (834, 837, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to write analyze functional requirements, user stories and wireframes.
Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access.
Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written and oral communication abilities a must.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
