The Opportunity
As part of the Administration and Secretarial Services team, you will provide Executive Administrative support to senior leadership, operating with a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. You will manage complex executive priorities, coordinate leadership activities, and support business operations while anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and proactively resolving challenges. This role requires strong relationship management skills, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities while driving efficiency, communication, and follow-through on key business objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze and resolve complex administrative and operational issues, coordinate meetings, travel, and executive engagements, and support executive communications and presentations. You will collaborate with external clients and their suport teams to coordinate executive activities and deliver a seamless experience for PwC leadership.
Responsibilities
Managing complex executive calendars, travel, and leadership priorities
Exercising independent judgment and discretion in a dynamic environment
Building relationships and communicating with authority and clarity, engaging confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and driving follow-through
Managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly to changing business needs
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools to support executive operations
Supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced environments, operating in ambiguity, maintaining momentum as priorities shift
What You Must Have
High School Diploma
At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Consistently applying business acumen and specialized technical knowledge
Broad knowledge of coordinating information regarding Passport/Visa issuance and renewal and Visa-Watch
Thorough knowledge of Phone/Voicemail/e-mail/Instant messaging and scheduling
Broad experience planning and executing meetings and events
Exceptional communication abilities, persuasive communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
Demonstrated experience supervising administrative employees, delegating incoming work and prioritizing projects
Proven ability to create, draft, and proofread proposals/presentations and maintain an easily accessible file system

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
