

The Business Models Enablement Manager is responsible for driving execution of Food Ventures business models in local markets and synthesizing market and functional inputs into clear, executive-ready insights.
This role ensures new business models are executed with discipline, issues are surfaced early, and leadership has the information needed to make fast, high-quality decisions. It combines hands-on execution oversight, strong analytics, and crisp communication. By providing structure, clarity, and timely insights, the role bridges strategy, planning, and execution. This role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear ownership and accountability.
Regular travel and close engagement with local teams are core to the role.
Oversee execution of Direct to Consumer and AFH business models across local markets.
Translate local market performance, risks, and learnings into clear implications for leadership.
Drive planning and execution rhythms across initiatives, with clear ownership and follow-through.
Track progress, performance, and dependencies with high attention to detail.
Synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative inputs into executive-ready PowerPoint and Word materials.
Support leadership decision-making by clarifying priorities, trade-offs, and options.
Align cross-functional stakeholders to enable timely, well-informed decisions.
7+ years in business operations, consulting, ventures, or similar roles.
Experience working closely with senior leaders in fast-paced, complex environments.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Proven ability to synthesize information into clear, concise PowerPoint and Word outputs.
Eager, energetic, and proactive with a bias toward execution.
Strong judgment and ability to influence without formal authority.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and traveling regularly.
