We’re looking for a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic rehab team and bring energy, compassion, and skill to every interaction.
Partner with a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized treatments
Help residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and build confidence
Track and document progress with accuracy and compliance
Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and fall prevention
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best outcomes
Support staff training and participate in rehab program development
Recommend assistive devices that enhance independence and quality of life
Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
Active California PTA license (in good standing)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab (preferred)
New Grads encouraged to apply
