This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in internal auditing, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, capable of fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the organisation.

Prepare and propose the annual audit plan, budget, and KPIs for CEO and Audit Committee review.
Regularly report audit results, significant issues, and KPI progress to the Audit Committee and CEO.
Streamline and automate reporting processes.
Engage with regulators and divisional management to discuss audit themes, internal controls, and emerging risks, facilitating proactive decision-making and a strong risk culture.
Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in an internal audit role, in financial services, preferably in Professional Practices, Audit Methodology, Quality Assurance, Planning and Governance Reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
