Department: Student Affairs – Student Retention
Reports To: Director, Student Well-Being and Success & ADA Officer
Travel: Minimal
LOCATION: Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS: 24 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. A consistent part-time schedule will be established within these hours. Flexibility required to include other hours, as necessary.
STARTING PAY RANGE: $26.21 - $28.24 per hour*
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be placed within the range based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide individualized case management, intervention support, and resource coordination to assist students in overcoming academic, personal, financial, and other barriers impacting persistence and credential completion. Assess student needs and connect students with appropriate internal and external resources using relationship-based coaching and problem-solving approaches. Support student retention initiatives through ongoing case management, trend identification, collaboration with campus partners, and recommendations related to student success strategies and interventions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Extended Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer or attending meetings
Mobility: Ability to move around the campus to attend meetings and events
Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using hands and fingers to handle or operate office equipment, tools, or controls.
Visual and Auditory: Ability to read documents and communicate effectively with students and staff.
Light Lifting: Capability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
