

Job Description:
Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting the Field teams in the following: operational support (Mars-Distributors), overseeing and tracking sales function activities (sales KPI’s, metrics, etc.), internal governance related activities, sales co-ordination activities e.g. distribution of materials to field.
Job responsibilities:
Operational budget tracking & reconciliations (Sales budgets: TE, OVH, NQC)
Operationally support Field sales team, Distributors and Internal Stakeholders with price architecture calculation, contract management, performance evaluation within trading terms and etc)
Drive governance agenda within unit for all sales operational processes.
Work closely with the Field Sales Team, Supply, Demand & S&F to understand internal needs and work on continuous improvement & optimization of operational support
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Good communication skills (both oral and written) and discipline
Ability to work with large amount of information/data, attention to details
Continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for enhancement
Accurate and effective planning (process management)
English & Russian – Upper intermediate
Experienced in MS office programs
