

The Manager, CES Technical Services leads the execution, implementation, and ongoing technical support of IGS Energy’s non‑commodity energy products and services for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers. This role is responsible for ensuring existing offerings operate reliably and at scale, while also helping CES design and stand up new services as the portfolio evolves.
This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines people management, field execution, partner coordination, and internal technical consulting. The role balances operational rigor with adaptability, operating effectively in areas where delivery models, partners, or standards may still be emerging.
The Manager works closely with CES leadership and cross‑functional partners, and serves as a trusted technical and delivery resource for C&I Sales leadership, helping ensure customer solutions are both technically sound and executable.

Salary Range:
$110,850.00 - $177,360.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
