

Job Summary:
The IT Product Manager discovers and drives the why, what, and how of our software products,
ensuring that value-added solutions are shipped to customers, users, and stakeholders. Product Managers seek to harmonize business strategy, user desirability, and technical feasibility to
deliver best-in-class solutions to users and long-term value to the business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for the product vision, roadmap and feature sets
Develop a deep understanding of business needs, challenges and opportunities while working to help identify short- and long-term goals
Help drive product strategy by leveraging customer usage data, business knowledge and competitive research to understand potential opportunities while solving for challenges
Passionately advocate for and evangelize product vision to ensure buy-in from stakeholders, end-users and the development teams
Lead and participate in user research and testing, ensuring product usability and consistency
Work with design teams to create wire-frames, early stage prototypes as well as helping define design principles and systems
Work in a collaborative and agile team environment that leverages latest stack technologies
Required Skills:
Customer Experience: Must be able to construct a cohesive user journey to enable the design of customer centric experiences
Market Orientation: Product Managers should be focused inside and outside of the enterprise, deeply understanding market trends, competitive strategies, and ecosystems related to their target products.
Business Acumen: Product Managers should be comfortable navigating and representing the strategy, goals, and objectives of business partners.
Technical Skills: Must be able to understand and work alongside technical delivery teams to ensure high quality deliverables
Innovation: Focus on continuous improvement of products, strategy, delivery methodology, teams, and individuals.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of IT and Product experience
Ability to thrive in a driven, passionate, creative, and collaborative environment
Experience in Solar preferred, but not required

Salary Range:
$110,850.00 - $177,360.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
