Job Summary
The Project Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading the implementation of HSI Donesafe Solutions for our largest and most strategic clients. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of project management, who can navigate complex client expectations and commercial drivers. The successful candidate will not only drive project delivery but also serve as a key commercial partner to the sales team.

Adaptability - The ability to strategically balance competing priorities from large enterprise customers and manage multiple, concurrent project streams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Commercial Acumen - A proven ability to understand commercial contracts and contribute to sales processes.

Problem Solving - The capacity to troubleshoot and solve complex issues with a strategic mindset, focusing on long term solutions that benefit both the client and the business.

Qualifications and Experience
5+ years of experience in a project management role, with a strong emphasis on managing large scale, enterprise level software implementations.
SaaS implementation experience is highly preferred, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience contributing to pre sales or sales processes, including the creation of SOW’s.
Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Project Management certifications strongly preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with proficiency in project management tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and MS Office Applications.
