Are you a seasoned Construction Foreman with strong experience in commercial plumbing and HVAC systems?
HB McClure is looking for a skilled leader to take ownership of complex job sites, lead large crews, and serve as the primary field contact for customers and general contractors. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, excels at planning and execution, and builds high-performing teams through mentorship and accountability.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Lead the layout and installation of plumbing and HVAC systems on large commercial projects
Manage jobsite planning with a focus on staying ahead—coordinate crews, deliveries, and equipment to maintain schedule and production targets.
Manage project execution, production goals and quality standards with minimal oversight
Communicate directly with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders.
Perform accurate material takeoffs and contribute to cost projections.
Complete all required daily reports, safety huddles, goal tracking, inspections, and jobsite documentation.
Mentor junior foremen and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, learning, and excellence.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
10+ years of commercial plumbing and HVAC experience, including at least 3 years of crew leadership
Journeyman or Master’s license (Plumbing or HVAC), preferred
OSHA 30 certification
Strong planning, scheduling and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, cut sheets, and technical specs
Professional communication skills and the ability to build strong jobsite relationships
Valid PA driver’s license and clean driving record
English language skills (written and verbal)
Successful completion of pre-hire physical, criminal background check and drug test
Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record required
