JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
Plans, executes, and monitors releases according to project/release timelines to include coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver releases according to plan. Defines the release objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Provides proper reporting to management and executive forums. Establishes and manages effective change processes for user requested technology changes.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages employees in the Strategic Services – Implementation Management Department; Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
College Degree in a financial, business or systems field of study or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of banking or business systems experience
5 years of experience as a project manager is preferred
Superior knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
An understanding of strategy and tactical views and planning processes
Corporate, Division, and departmental level change management capabilities
Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations
Proficient Microsoft Professional Office experience including Word, Access, Excel, Project management tools, and other related software
Excellent organizational skills
