This role is flexible in terms of location, and will be offered on a hybrid basis. Regular in-office presence may be required for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building, with hours varying by office. This role reports to the Director, Staff Integration.
Position Summary
The Staff Integration Coordinator provides advanced administrative support to the Talent Services Staff Integration team. The goal of the Staff Integration team is to provide newly hired professional staff with a positive and meaningful integration experience upon their arrival and throughout their first year of employment, ultimately leading to increased employee success, satisfaction, and retention. This position assists with the overall operations of the Staff Integration Program and identifies areas for improvement and expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for employee engagement and a continuous improvement mindset to all aspects of the role. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures that new professional staff members are provided with opportunities and resources to fully integrate into the firm
Assists with the promotion and education of the Staff Integration Program to relevant parties, including newly hired partners of the program such as Business Development professionals and Talent Services Managers, as needed
Continuously evaluates the integration program to determine how to best adapt to program changes and feedback and provide offerings that are meaningful and valuable to new hires
Serves as a point person for new staff hires' questions and helps familiarize them with firmwide systems, resources, and capabilities
Coordinates and co-leads introduction calls with new staff, when requested
Educates new staff hires on GT's unique culture, values, and organizational structure
Communicates and demonstrates the GT message and model of client service and collaboration throughout the integration process
Prepares and ships all new staff hire welcome and anniversary gifts and communicates shipment details to local office contacts
Drafts monthly newsletters highlighting firm resources, programs, and contacts; technology tips; timely updates and reminders; and overviews of administrative departments
Coordinates check-ins with new hires at established milestones
Coordinates and co-leads bi-weekly Office Hours calls
Maintains the SharePoint database of all past and present program participants and owns responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all information
Creates and implements content for the firm's internal Staff eNotebook and regularly checks existing content to confirm accuracy of information
Collaborates with the Director, Staff Integration and HRIS to create and provide ongoing reporting and analysis on retention and other related data
Reviews and edits all external communications before distribution and demonstrates initiative to create high-quality first drafts where appropriate
Documents established processes and lessons learned for the Staff Integration Program
Partners with other administrative departments including Marketing, Talent Services, Professional Development, Technology, Finance, Innovation, and Records as needed
Assists with other related Talent Services department activities and projects as needed and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education & Prior Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a professional services organization
Three to five years of experience in a Human Resources support role
Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as employment law compliance
Technology
Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook required
Familiarity of HTML and other web editing tools a plus
Knowledge of HR-related programs and software, preferably Workday, for onboarding, recruiting and other HR processes
Demonstrates a basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), including its capabilities and limitations, the importance of data privacy, accuracy, verification, and appropriate use in professional services environment
Willingness to learn or familiarity using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance daily work tasks as appropriate and/or directed
Proactive approach to learning and adopting emerging AI technologies and contributing to a culture of innovation is strongly valued.
The expected pay range for this position is:
NY: $42.24 to $44.94 per hour
LA/DC: $ 35.27 to $38.67 per hour
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
