The Delivery Manager - Grid Orchestration Software (GridOS) is responsible for driving successful end-to-end delivery and implementation of GridOS software solutions across utility and energy distribution environments. This role combines technical expertise, delivery coordination, and customer engagement to support strong project execution and positive customer outcomes across the post-sales lifecycle.
The role works closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered effectively, in alignment with established processes, timelines, and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings experience in software delivery or implementation, sustained customer success, and independent problem solving in technical and operational environments.
This position functions with some autonomy, while being guided by established policies and review of end results. The role allows for modification of procedures and practices as needed, provided results meet standards of quality, volume, and timeliness.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $104,000.00 and $156,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
