Shift Schedule
09:00–17:00
11:00–19:00
17:00–01:00
19:00–03:00
(Night shifts 2–3 times per month)

*Ability to work in all shifts is required.

Salary: 160,000 AMD

As a Customer Service Agent, we need you to:

• Handle customer inquiries via Digital Service Channels: inbound and outbound call center Chat, Email, Social Media
• Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns
• Register Customer problems and requests correctly and accurately
• Verify any kind of information related to subscribers
• Follow a high-security level of customer data confidentiality
• Follow company standards in customer service
• Proper knowledge of the Company's products/ services/promotions/standards.

We need you to have:

• Fluency in Armenian, good knowledge of Russian, and English will be considered a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Multitasking skills
• Stress tolerance
