Family First Homecare (FFHC) is hiring compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs to provide high-quality, one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing in the home.
We offer 12-hour shifts, including day and overnight opportunities, with flexible scheduling to support work/life balance. No home health experience required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing clinical support. New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.

Position Summary
The RN/LPN provides skilled, compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes while complying with FFHC policies, State Nurse Practice Acts, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care within scope of licensure (RN or LPN)
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Monitor and evaluate patient response to care
Communicate changes in patient condition to physician and nurse supervisor
Educate patients and caregivers on care needs
Participate in QAPI activities as requested
Support and mentor team members during patient-specific orientations
Maintain patient and family confidentiality
Adhere to compliance, ethics, and safety standards
Attend required trainings and in-services
Maintain professional and effective communication
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in state of employment (Compact license accepted where applicable)
