Supervise others working within established operational systems.
Operate complex systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for carrying out new product trails and for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.
Develop monthly and annual production plans for a factory to include resource planning and monitoring and reporting on performance against the plan.

REQUIREMENTS
High School / FE College (2 A Levels)
