Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced laser clinician to step into a dual clinical and leadership role responsible for both delivering advanced treatments and building out our esthetics and laser program.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will maintain a clinical schedule while actively developing protocols, training team members, and expanding our laser-based services.
This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership over a growing laser department and is excited to help shape its long-term structure, standards, and success.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements - Active Washington State Master Esthetician License (required) - Proven experience with skin resurfacing lasers - Minimum 3–5+ years in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting - Demonstrated ability to perform advanced laser treatments independently and confidently - Prior experience mentoring or training clinical staff strongly preferred - Strong understanding of laser safety, protocols, and treatment parameters - Comfortable balancing a full clinical schedule with leadership responsibilities
Compensation $25-$35/hr + commission + tips.
