Drive productivity and cost improvement by leading continuous improvement projects using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency.

Experience, Skill requirements & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or shop-floor management, with hands-on exposure to daily management, production execution, and team leadership.
Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive effective countermeasures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Continuous improvement mindset, with experience or strong interest in applying Lean, DBS, or other structured problem-solving tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Good communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across functions and engage frontline teams effectively; English proficiency is preferred for communication, reporting, and system usage.
