Daikin Applied is seeking an Equipment Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading solution-level go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio, driving education, market adoption, differentiation and growth. Acting as the central marketing liaison across product teams, this role aligns complementary technologies into a unified value proposition, tailored to the needs of building owners, operators, engineers and sales partners. The Marketing Manager partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering and the Equipment Business Units to define positioning, execute launches and translate technical capabilities into customer-centric messaging that improves sales effectiveness. By connecting product messaging to customer needs, this role develops and oversees integrated marketing programs and sales enablement tools that help the field confidently position our solutions in a highly competitive, mission-critical market. This is a leadership role that involves developing a team, providing direction, coaching and support to ensure strong performance and alignment to strategic goal. The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,800k - $193,900k and a bonus potential up to 20%. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
