We are seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities to ensure work is properly prepared and executed with minimal disruption to operations. They will work closely with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to drive efficiency, improve processes, and support a fast-paced, mission-critical data center environment.

Required
Preferred
Prior experience in a data center or mission-critical environment
Experience with change management processes and maintenance workflows
Hands-on understanding of plant or facility equipment (pumps, piping, HVAC, electrical systems, etc.)
Experience developing SOPs, job plans, or maintenance procedures
Familiarity with Visio or AutoCAD
Work Environment: (Facility Role)
