Key Responsibilities
Great and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services
Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules
Maintain office files, records, and documentation
Support HR and administration activities such as attendance, onboarding coordination, and employee records
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, and vendor coordination
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams
Prepare reports, MIS data, and administrative documents as needed
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain office discipline
Assist management with operational and administrative tasks
Required Skills
