As an Agency Learning Specialist, you’ll work side‑by‑side with our field leaders and agents to drive meaningful business growth. This role blends consultative partnership with execution helping field leaders and agents identify learning needs, uncover sales enablement opportunities, and translate strategy into action. If you thrive on collaboration, enjoy solving business challenges, and are motivated by helping others succeed, this role offers the opportunity to make an impact where it matters most.
Proven experience consulting with leadership and stakeholders to assess learning needs and implement effective training strategies.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze training effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
P/C, L/H, and Series 6/63 preferred
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Base Pay Range:
$77,600-$106,700
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
