

Job Summary
Serves as a facilitative lead and proactive coach of improvement activities through the application of a wide range of needed expertise. Builds relationships with leaders at all levels of the region, including clinicians, front-line care teams, and other stakeholders to assess and enhance systems to produce optimal organizational process outcomes. Leveraging their expertise, relationships, and data (both qualitative and quantitative), this role supports the planning, execution and monitoring of processes and systems to translate goals into tactical action plans.

Required Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Preferred Master's Degree in related field.
5 years of relevant experience Related experience. Required
Previous leadership/management/project management experience. Required
Relevant industry standard certification in Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, Healthcare Management Engineering or equivalent experience. Preferred
