

Responsible for coordinating and supporting HSE related efforts for field operations to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and achieve operational and company business objectives.
Provides on-site health and safety support, assists in coaching staff, ensures daily focus on H&S requirements, collaborates on goals, participates in H&S meetings, and helps address technical questions.
Assists in creating and communicating new Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs and standards. Helps identify and report potential improvements and supports field training.
Supports compliance reviews and inspections, helps track field safety data, assists during regulatory meetings, and ensures required protective equipment is available.
Assists in incident investigations, coordinates injury case management, supports corrective actions, and helps share key safety lessons with the team.
Works with field teams on risk management, recommends controls, supports high-risk tasks, and uses assessment tools to ensure safe practices.
Conducts field inspections, assists in preparing for high-risk tasks, promotes best practices, and helps report safety improvements.
Supports contractor safety, helps with vendor qualification, participates in safety meetings, communicates findings to supervisors, and assists with Drug and Alcohol testing programs.

High School Diploma (or GED).
Minimum of two (2) years of E&P or related H&S experience.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
Ability to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location.
An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
H&S Certification (CSP, CIH, CHMM, OHST or a related discipline).
Strong knowledge of production, completions, and drilling.
Ability to stoop, stand, walk, pull, carry instruments, and climb stairs and ladders for an extended period of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs. without assistance.
Capable of driving distances of 150 miles or more per day during all types of weather conditions.
Ability to one arm carry to 25lbs. without assistance.
Regular bending, crouching, pulling, and kneeling to check equipment and gauges.
Must be able to exert up to 40lbs. of force occasionally and up to 20 lbs. frequently to move or manipulate objects.
Ability to work significant amounts of time as required in completing job responsibilities.
Working environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in the field, hazardous chemicals, and hydrocarbons that may be under extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required.
The ability to inspect and have close visual acuity to perform activities.
Ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions for extended periods of time safely.
Work safely with machinery and equipment.
