We are currently recruiting for Associate Director – Mechanical to join our Building Services team with broad experience in healthcare, commercial and mixed-development projects. This position will be based in our Singapore Office and reporting to General Manager, Built Form – Singapore.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible to:
Key Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 10 years in an engineering consultancy environment, including leadership or supervisory roles.
Strong background in HVAC and building services coordination, with experience across healthcare, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and education sectors.
Certified Professional Engineer by PEB, Singapore will be an advantage
Demonstrated depth of technical capability and practical application of mechanical engineering principles.
A client-focused, delivery-oriented leadership style with a strong commitment to quality and outcomes.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and take initiative at a senior level.
