

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding of large and complex client solutions onto our Connected Living Systems. In this role, you will translate business objectives into actionable capabilities, lead cross-functional teams through solution delivery, and serve as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, and business partners.
You will manage implementation budgets, guide end-to-end delivery, resolve complex issues, and mentor other Implementation Managers. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned implementation leader who excels at driving clarity, navigating ambiguity, and delivering seamless client experiences.
What You’ll Do
Implementation Leadership
Manage implementations across multiple workstreams & business functions.
Lead onboarding of complex client solutions across multiple technology platforms.
Analyze high-level business requirements to determine necessary capabilities and features.
Identify capability gaps, propose solutions, and escalate deviations from standards when needed.
Manage implementation estimates, approvals, actual costs, and capitalized work where applicable.
Support RFP/RFI responses for client prospects.
Conduct gap analyses and develop solutions maximizing existing capabilities.
Build and maintain client-focused cross-functional delivery plans, including issue and risk management.
Coordinate production implementation efforts across engineering, infrastructure, business teams, and clients.
Partner with Technical Product Owners/Directors to manage delivery timelines.
Ensure all initiatives meet legal, regulatory, privacy, and information security requirements.
Resolve complex problems where no precedent exists.
Mentor and train implementation team members.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
Provide analytical support, metrics, reporting, and support for special projects.
Oversee implementation budgets, chargebacks, estimates, and cost tracking.
What You Bring
7+ years of project management, implementation management or business analysis
5+ years of experience working in an Agile development process
Ability to apply a P&L owner mindset and strategic thinking approach towards problem solving and decision support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or similar.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn new applications and systems in a hands-on environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and mentor junior team members.
Ability to process complex, time-sensitive data from multiple sources and make informed decisions.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders. Communicate change effectively.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory impacts and ability to communicate changes across teams.
Ability to foster trust, minimize variance in global processes, and drive change management.
Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and facilitating communication among diverse groups.
Travel required: 5–10%.

Pay Range:
$122,400.00 - $204,400.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
